HSS or Hollow Structural Sections tubing is high-strength welded steel tubing used as structural elements in building construction as well as a number of OEM applications (link this to the HSS uses page). HANNA Steel produces structural tubing to meet ASTM (link to www.astm.org in a new window) A500 grade B and C, 1½” to 10” square through ½” wall and a range of un-tested Schedule 10, 40, and 80 pipe sizes.
