Structural Tubing
- Boat and other trailers
Superior surface quality and straightness are critical in this application where Hanna has built a reputation in supplying a high quality, cost effective product with the appropriate strength levels.
- Material Handling
Material racks for automotive and industrial storage/stackable racks. Hanna offers the popular telescoping rack square sizes including 2.17” and 2.5”. Telescoping fits are verified during production at each tube mill with specialized plug gages to ensure proper fit and function.
- Bumpers for trucks and other industrial vehicles
Specially formed structural tubing used for bumpers on industrial vehicles with unique dimensions including a concave side. Higher yield and tensile strength tubing may also be supplied upon request.
- Corten Tubing / A847
Used for many pedestrian bridges and other structures requiring high strength, low alloy tubing with improved atmospheric corrosion resistance. Hanna has the mill contacts, technical experience, and production expertise needed to assist customers in these applications where strength and corrosion resistance are a critical requirement.
- Surface critical tubing
Hot rolled tubing products that require painting or powder coating are considered surface critical. Through vendor relationships, and rigid quality assurance standards, practices, and detailed handling/shipping practices, HANNA is known as a leading supplier of this HR tubing.
